Approach

Be the dreamer, be the doer.

#WHATITMEANS

What is an intrapreneur?

“Any of the ‘dreamers who do’. Those who take hands-on responsibility for creating innovation of any kind within an organisation.”

– Gifford Pinchot III

5 PHASES

Our Creative Process

How we build innovation

We believe creativity needs a context to happen. This is why we like to build a specific framework for each of our customers by experiencing the creative process, from A to Z.

Research

Build a solid theoretical foundation. Gather information about the specific topics of the user case. Develop empathic relations with users. Trigger inspiration.

Definition

Subtract key elements and establish connections between them.

Building the DNA of the project.

Ideation

The most famous phase of the creative process. This is where the generation of ideas takes place.

An effective ideation phase is based on the accurate work of the two previous phases.

Development

Solidify the selected idea(s) and carry out rapid testing with customers.

Verifying assumptions by quickly developing a prototype (no large investment required) facilitates user centric accurate results.

Sharing

Elaborate a story to share ideas.

Raise interest to engage investors, collaborators or customers into the implementation plan.

Develop a relevant pitch.
